Buenos Aires, Argentina
El Tigre is a city in the northern part of Buenos Aires established in 1820 situated on the delta of the Parana river where it opens up to he southern Atlantic Ocean. Given its unique geographical location, most of the city is built on islands. The rivers become streets and the sound of cars is replaced by the sound of boats. El Tigre cultivates a richly unique culture thriving off the river but full of fresh farmer's and artisanal markets. It was a super fun and relaxing day trip full of beautiful landscapes and great food.
